At Yourpadel Foundation, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to dream big, pursue their passions and fulfil their potential, regardless of their background or circumstances.
Our foundation was born from a personal belief in the power of opportunity. Having been fortunate enough to experience the doors that padel can open, we believe it is our responsibility to give back and create those same opportunities for the next generation.
Our mission is to fund, support and empower children and young people, providing them with access to coaching, facilities, resources and experiences that may otherwise be out of reach.
We want to create a genuine pathway for young people, supporting their journey from their very first steps on a padel court as toddlers, through their teenage years and into adulthood.

Making Padel Accessible to Everyone.
Our Community Outreach Programme is dedicated to introducing children to padel in a fun, inclusive and supportive environment.
We work to create opportunities for young people who may otherwise face barriers to participating in sport, particularly children living with disabilities, illnesses, mental health challenges or difficulties accessing sporting facilities and activities.
Our sessions focus on enjoyment, social interaction and personal development rather than competition.
Through fun, light-hearted coaching sessions, we aim to help children build confidence, develop friendships, improve their physical and mental wellbeing, and experience the positive impact that sport can have on their lives.
We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to feel included, supported and part of a community.

With programmes already established in Manchester and Stoke-on-Trent, our ambition is to expand our community outreach across the United Kingdom, reaching more children and communities who could benefit from access to padel.
Our goal is simple: remove barriers, create opportunities and make sport accessible to those who need it most.
Elite Player Pathway
Supporting the Next Generation of British Padel Talent.
Our Elite Player Pathway is designed to identify, nurture and support talented young players who demonstrate the passion, commitment and potential to compete at the highest levels of the sport.
Working with a smaller, dedicated group of children aged 10–16, the programme provides a structured training environment focused on long-term player development.
Participants benefit from

Two to three dedicated training sessions per week, helping players develop their technical, tactical and physical abilities.
Competitive Experience
Regular participation in national tournaments, providing opportunities to compete against the country's best junior players.
Individual Development
A focused approach to helping each player progress, build confidence and reach their full potential.
Long-Term Support
Creating a pathway that allows young players to continue developing as they progress through their junior careers and into adulthood.
Our ambition is to help players become the number one ranked junior in the United Kingdom within their respective age categories.
Ultimately, we want to see a player who has progressed through the Yourpadel Foundation pathway go on to represent Great Britain at national team level.

Our 2026 Ambitions
Building Manchester's Next Generation of Talent
By the end of 2026, our goal is to establish an Elite Player Pathway supporting 24 young players in Manchester.

This will establish the foundations for a long-term player development pathway that can be replicated across the country.
Our 2027 Vision
Taking Our Impact Nationwide
Our ambition for 2027 is to significantly expand both our community and elite development programmes, creating opportunities for more children across the United Kingdom.
Community Outreach Across 8 Locations
Establishing weekly community initiatives in eight different locations across the UK, delivering one session per week in each location.
Our goal is to provide consistent access to inclusive, supportive and enjoyable padel experiences for children who face barriers to participating in sport.
Elite Player Pathways Across 4 Regions

Expanding our Elite Player Pathway into four regions, each supporting 24 talented young players, creating a nationwide development structure through regular training, coaching and competitive opportunities.
Developing the UK's Top Junior Talent
By 2027, our ambition is to support at least one boy and one girl in reaching the UK's top 10 rankings within each junior age category.

Our Community Outreach Programme is built around making padel accessible to children who face barriers to participating in sport.
We welcome schools, charities, businesses, community groups and individuals who would like to establish an initiative in their local area.
We provide the programme structure and coaching completely free of charge. All we ask is that those organising or funding the initiative cover the associated court hire costs.
This approach allows us to work collaboratively with local partners, delivering inclusive and enjoyable sporting experiences while keeping participation completely free for every child.
